What To Bring

What to Wear & Bring

For all water based activities you should assume you are going to get very wet, you will need to bring a full change of clothes including shoes to wear whilst on the water.

For land based orienteering and team building sessions this may not be necessary but you should bring appropriate long sleeved and waterproof clothes with you.

You will need to bring:

  • Parent Permission Form / Adult Declaration form (Needed for group bookings only. Not needed when booked through the website)
  • A complete change of clothes for the activity – Avoid wearing denim and cotton on the water, thin layers of man made fibre work best.
  • Shoes for on the water – Old trainers or wetsuit shoes are perfect. (NO CROCS, FLIP-FLOPS or WELLIES)
  • Hat and suntan lotion if it is sunny
  • Towel
  • If you need to wear glasses for the activity, please ensure that you bring a means of retaining them on.
  • Orienteering participants need to bring long sleeved and legged clothing and a waterproof coat.
  • Any medical requirements – i.e. inhalers, autoinjectors, medication, etc
  • Packed lunch or snacks (as required)
